Rucksack Resale operates as an auction-based liquidation marketplace. As such, our return and refund policy is strict and clearly defined.
1. All Sales Are Final
All sales are final.
Rucksack Resale does not accept returns or issue refunds.
Items sold through our platform are offered on an AS-IS, WHERE-IS basis, with no warranties, express or implied.
2. No Returns or Exchanges
We do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason, including but not limited to:

Buyer’s remorse

Condition dissatisfaction

Cosmetic imperfections
-
Packaging condition
-
Compatibility or fit issues

Failure to read the listing description
-
Failure to review item photos

Incorrect assumptions about item condition
3. No Refunds
Refunds will not be issued once payment is completed, including for:

Auction winnings
-
Fixed-price liquidation items
-
Shipping delays or carrier issues

Manufacturer defects or warranty claims
-
Used, open-box, or refurbished items
4. Condition & Listing Accuracy

Items are inspected prior to listing.

Known defects or missing components are disclosed when identified.
Minor wear, cosmetic blemishes, missing retail packaging, or signs of prior use are normal for liquidation items and do not constitute grounds for a return or refund.
5. Electronics & Appliances
For electronics, appliances, and powered items:

Items may be new, open-box, used, refurbished, or liquidation stock

Manufacturer warranties may not apply

No guarantees are made regarding future performance or lifespan
Buyers assume all risk once the item is delivered.
6. Shipping & Risk of Loss

Buyers are responsible for all shipping costs.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Risk of loss passes to the buyer upon confirmed delivery by the carrier.
If a shipment arrives visibly damaged, buyers must contact the carrier directly to file a claim.
